Common Installation Issues and Solutions
If you encounter an error during Android APK installation, check that your device allows installation from unknown sources. Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable the toggle. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for direct APK downloads; tap Install Anyway to proceed. For iOS users, if Safari does not offer an Add to Home Screen option, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome or another browser) and that you are on the latest iOS version. If the palia app crashes on launch, try clearing the app cache (Settings → Apps → palia → Storage → Clear Cache) or reinstalling the app. If you cannot log in, verify that your username and password are correct, and check that your internet connection is stable. Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The palia app requests permission to access your device's camera (for identity verification during KYC), microphone (for live-dealer table audio), and storage (to cache game assets). We do not access your contacts, calendar, or other personal data. All communication between the palia app and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Your account credentials are stored securely on your device and never transmitted in plain text.
