Supported Banks and Transfer Routes
We partner directly with BCA, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment to accept inbound transfers. Each bank operates on the same national clearing system, so transfers between any two banks settle through the central bank's infrastructure. We maintain dedicated virtual account numbers for each bank, so when you transfer from online payment to our e-wallet account, the transfer posts instantly.
Our virtual accounts are assigned per user. When you select bank transfer as your deposit method on palia, we generate a unique account number tied to your profile. You then initiate a transfer from your personal bank account to that virtual account. The system matches the incoming transfer to your palia profile by account number, so there is no ambiguity about which account the deposit belongs to.
Virtual Account Assignment
Your virtual account number appears in the palia deposit panel once you select a bank. You can copy the number directly or scan a QR code to open your banking app pre-filled with the transfer details. This reduces manual entry errors and speeds up the deposit process.
If you need to change banks mid-deposit, palia generates a new virtual account for your chosen bank. Your old account remains valid for 24 hours in case a transfer is in flight, then expires. This prevents stale account numbers from creating confusion.
Deposit Process and Transfer Initiation
The deposit flow begins in your palia account settings. You navigate to the deposit panel, select bank transfer, and choose your preferred bank from the dropdown. We then display your unique virtual account number, the amount you wish to deposit, and a QR code linking to your bank's transfer screen.
You then open your banking app (mobile banking Mobile, local payment Online, online payment Mobile, or e-wallet Mobile), navigate to transfer funds, and either scan the QR code or enter the virtual account number manually. Your bank displays the recipient name (our company) and your chosen amount. You confirm and authenticate the transfer using your bank's security method—PIN, biometric, or one-time password.

Account Verification and KYC Requirements
We require identity verification before your first bank transfer deposit. Our KYC process asks for a photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement). You upload these documents via your palia account settings, and our compliance team reviews them within standard business hours.
Once verified, your account is flagged as approved, and you can deposit via bank transfer without re-submitting documents. If our team requests additional documentation—perhaps the image quality was unclear or the address does not match our records—we send you a notification explaining what we need and a deadline to resubmit.
Bank transfer verification is faster than mobile wallet deposits because your bank has already verified your identity. We cross-reference your bank details with our compliance database, so approval typically takes one business day.
account preferences and Account Tiers
We Account controls based on your account status and verification level. A newly verified account may have a lower daily limit; after 30 days of activity without disputes, we raise your limit. These tiers reflect our risk management and fraud-prevention protocols.
Your palia account displays your current account preferences in the deposit panel. If you need a temporary increase—for example, to fund a larger session during Liga 1 playoff matches—you can request a limit increase via support. Our team reviews such requests within one business day and notifies you of approval or denial.
Troubleshooting Bank Transfers
If you initiate a bank transfer but do not see the credit appear in your palia account within subject to verification, first confirm that your bank processed the transfer successfully. Log into your personal bank account and check the transaction history to verify that the transfer completed.
If your bank confirms the transfer went through but palia has not credited your account, contact our support team via live chat, email, or phone. Provide your transaction reference number from your bank statement, and we will trace the transfer through our backend and manually credit your account if the transfer is confirmed. Support is available in English and Indonesian.
- Transfer not showing in palia after subject to verification: Check your bank app to confirm the transfer completed. If yes, contact support with your bank's transaction reference.
- Virtual account expired or invalid: Request a new virtual account in the palia deposit panel. The old account is only valid for 24 hours.
- Wrong amount transferred: Contact support immediately. If you transferred less than intended, deposit the difference. If more, support will review and process a refund or credit adjustment per our terms.
- Account verification stuck in review: Check your palia notifications for requests to resubmit documents. If no message appears after 48 hours, contact support for a status update.
